Are there states that allow open NEET PG counselling for everyone who has not done MBBS from that state? Can I apply for those states?

Dear Shambhvi, are you talking about those states which aren't participating in State Quota and only participate in All India Quota? From all the Govt. Medical and Dental colleges, except from Jammu and Kashmir will be reserved for 15% All India Quota seats. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana also joined this procedure. The admission to these seats will be done by the Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS). Of these according to the reservation criteria, 15% seats are reserved for SC candidates, 7.5% for STand 27% of the total seats are for OBC. There is a 5% horizontal reservation for PWD. This means that none of the States have only All India Quota but Jammu and Kashmir, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have exclusively all 100% State Quota.
