As far as I am concerned ,if you have mentioned your catagory as obc then at the time of councelling you will be required to produce a  caste certificate stating the same. But if you fail to produce any such certificate at the time of councelling then you will considered a general candidate I.e. Unreserved. 

Do not panic about it. Just inform them at the time of councelling.
