No, you're not eligible for the post of PGT in Biology. The minimum qualification needed for PGT (Biology) is that the candidate must have a Master's degree in one of the following subjects- Z oology, Life Sciences, Bio Science, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular biology, Plant Physiology etc. And they must have Zoology and Biology in graduate level. Candidates with B.ed degree is preferred.

Since you've completed your B.Sc., you're eligible for the post of TGT.
