pharmacy colleges is approved by pci, UGC but aicte is not approved then any problems or not to higher studies after b pharma

No there will be no problem. If you see from the job perspective or from the higher education eligibility criteria then its required that you should have passed the bachelors from a government recognized college. So you have nothing to worry about. PCI is a government affiliating authority so you will not face any problem in future.
