Hey,
NEET or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test consists of 180 questions. You need to make sure that you are thorough with NCERT before you refer to  any reference book.

Thermodynamics 12% weightage

Electrostatics 10%

Current Electricity 8%

Electromagnetic Induction & Alternating Current 8%

Optics 10%

Electronic devices 10%

Coordination compounds  10%

P and d and f block 5%

Rest of chemistry chapter have almost same weightage. 

Diversity of Living Organisms 14%

Human Physiology 20%

Genetics and Evolution 18%

Its recommended to read NCERT biology thoroughly because most questions come directly from the book itself
