Once you opt for All India Quota Seats, you are eligible for admission in all states except Jammu and Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana since these states have opted out of the 15% AIQ. Thus, seats in the colleges of these states are only offered to domicile candidates and are 100% state quota.
