Both PEC and IIIT Bhubneshwar are good colleges. IIIT Bhubneshwar is a new college but since it is IIIT the course curriculum is same in all IIIT's.

The only difference is that the IIIT Bhubneshwar is new so you might have listened that it is not good but my friend you are wrong the college is excelling very swiftly. On the other hand PEC is a renowned college of our country.It is old college too. There you will see old equipments and old techniques of teaching in electrical department. On the other hand in IIIT Bhubneshwar is a new college and here you will see new technology and new methods of teaching. Since in upcoming years there is huge demand of Computer Science Engineers with new skillset.Electrical Engineering is also a good branch if you have interest in it. In electrical enginnering you have both public and private sector job.A electrical engineer can shift to IT but vice versa is not true.

So here I have mentioned all the prospects. So its your decision to choose. But I personally recommend you to go for IIIT Bhubneshwar.
