Dear Sir/ Ma'm, if you get a seat in the 15% All India quota counselling, but do not attend the counselling physically with the provisional allotment letter, then your seat will get cancelled. In this course of time, if you get a seat in the 85% state quota counselling, you can always opt for it and go for it irrespective of the fact whether you have got a seat in the AIQ or not.
