If I get a seat in Round 1 or 2 of AIQ NEET 2020 , will I be eligible for State counselling?? And if I apply for State counselling after AIQ and I donot get a seat in state counselling will my seat in AIQ be given back to me??

Yeah, ofcourse you are eligible to participate in all India quota as well as for state quota. But here once you for for next counseling, the seat you have got in previous counseling will be lost. So if you don't reserve seat you will loose your seat and once you confirm your seat you won't be eligible for next counseling. Here do confirm in the College first can you go for next counseling after you confirm. Because in most of the cases your seat will be reserved and you will have no chance for further counseling.
