Hi Candidate,

State Quota and Management Qouta are two different categories which provides various reservation criterias in different examinations and colleges within the state. A candidate has the option to either choose any one of both the qoutas- to secure a seat and get admission. One single Candidate is not entitled to use both the qouta for Admission as he might block an extra seat of a deserving candidates in that process.
