Pondicherry University offers M.Sc Applied Geology for 2 years and 5 years and admission to both these courses is based on performance in the entrance examination. The entrance exam will have objective type questions in Geology at Graduation level. For Integrated M.Sc Applied Geology, the questions will be based on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 10+2 level.
