Hey,

1. Make a schedule. The vast syllabus needs to be channelized properly.

2. Start it from the start from the very minute concepts. This would further make your advance preparation easy assuming that you will want write advance after qualifying mains.

3. Solve wide range of problems from each chapter. At the end of each chapter, solve prior question papers for more understanding of how the questions are asked

4. Take notes while studying. Especially, all the formulae and stuff which needs to be memorized. It would easy for you to revise in the end.

5. Take necessary breaks while studying if you cannor sot for hours.

6. Do take mock tests after completion of each branch in a subject.

7. Know the syllabus well.

8. Revision is mandatory.

9. Know the important chapters which hold the maximum weightage in each subject and the reference books to look into.
