I think you will get tired if you will solve only question papers in the whole month. So one can start solving them seven days before exam and before that can revice main topics and concepts..

In the last month of your preparation you should practiced too many questions for your practice.
Try to solve complete mock test series to analyze your preparation level and to know your strength and weakness.
You should solve previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of questions.

Do your revision properly. Focus on important chapters which carries more weightage in the exam. You can take help of important notes if you have prepare them. For biology, focus on NCERT books as you can get direct questions from NCERT.
