There is no option regarding medical certificate as it has to be made by government doctors only as a specified by the Medical Association of India. As you have got your medical certificate by a private doctor, it won't be entertained at the time of counselling or seat allotment. You need to rush up to a government MBBS doctor and get yourself a certificate.
