Dear Vandana, Now NEET is a mandatory Entrance Examination to appear for admission to Medical Colleges across India and also abroad. So there is no relief in that part. The only exceptions being, if you dont want to appear for NEET, you should appear either for AIIMS or JIPMER for admission to their respective Medical Institutions. Coming to the highest salary part, your income depends on your experience as a Doctor. It also depens on which setting you are working. If you have a clinic the pay is different and if you are working with a Corporate hospital, the pay is different.

There are lot of countries that offer MBBS seats without the condition of clearing NEET. There are several countries that offer medical degree at much lower cost than India.
If you want to work as a doctor in India after finishing your medical graduation in some other country, you will have to clear the MCI entrance exam. That again do not make a huge difference because even Indian students have to take up the exam from this year onwards.
