Firstly, I would like to clear 2 things:

1. There is no separate reservation for hilly areas. The same reservation criteria as the other regions apply for hilly areas too.
2. Open category or the general category do not have any reservation. There is 10% EWS reservation which is based on the economic status of the candidate's family.

Having said this, the qualifying marks in NEET UG 2020 is as follows:

• General category - 720-147
• SC/ST/OBC - 146-113

The vertical reservation matrix in government colleges is as follows

• OBC category - 27%
• SC category - 15%
• ST category - 7.5%
• EWS category - 10%

States offer horizontal reservation also such as for defense, rural candidates etc. It depends on respective states.

Also, note that not all the candidates applying under reserved categories will get a seat. It again depends on their merit within the category. Cutoffs are increased this time due to heavy competition. Below I have provided a few articles that you might find useful.
