For government dental colleges through AIQ counselling you should at least get 570+ score in NEET UG if you belongs to General category and for state quota it depends upon the state from which you want to take part.

The NEET Marks and cutoff varies every year and is different for different category student.

However, considering you as a GENERAL Category student, you'll need a minimum of 50TH Percentile in NEET examination to get Government or semi-government dental colleges from India.
