Cutoff for 36 states of India can't be provided altogether hope you understand it. So better let know your own state so you can get a "Fasterr" answer and you can decide what to do quickly. 

Anyways in states like Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra cutoffs are going to remain much higher (in government medical colleges) like 550 and above only. 

In states like Gujarat, Karnataka, etc also the cutoffs will be around 520 and above. But still if you belong to some category or something like that.. Do speak in detail... So that proper information can be provided to you.
