Harsh, you haven't mentioned the Category you belong to. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories under State Quota for KGMC have been as follows:

General Category: 589

OBC: 575

SC:454

ST: 303

Now as mentioned, this is 2018 data and we do not have 2019 data yet. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. In 2019, the general cut offs increased by 15 marks and the individual cut offs increased by 60-70 marks on an average. So depending on the Category you belong to, your target should be atleast 70-80 marks greater than mentioned here.
