You need to choose the code 02.

This is because,

Though you are doing BSc (bot + zoology + chemistry)  your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2.

Why you can't you choose code 5?

code 5 is for all those who are doing BSc and has all the three of Physics, chemistry and biology in their graduation.

So, to choose the code 5 you should also have had Physics in your graduation

Why you can't choose code 6 ?

Code 6 :- code 6 is for all those students who have passed  BSc  with at least any two of following subjects :-

-) Physics,

-)chemistry ,

-)biology

You are still in your final year of your graduation but code 6 is for for those who have already passed
