Hello there!

Greetings!

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but there's no medical college which offers integrated mbbs and MD course. So there's no other way than clearing neet ug first and then getting into a medical college for mbbs and then writing exams like neet pg for your specialisation once you complete your mbbs as there's no integrated course unluckily.
