For Karnataka State Quota Counselling, you have to register yourself with Karnataka Examination Authority. The registration has not been started yet. Keep a check on kea.nic.in for timely updates. The documents required are as follows -

• Copy of the Karnataka NEET counselling 2021 application
• Proof of payment of the counselling fee
• NEET 2021 admit card
• NEET 2021 result
• Class 10 marksheet
• Class 12 marksheet
• Candidate's study certificate
• Valid photo ID proof
• Recent passport-sized photograph
• Caste/Caste income certificate (if applicable)
• Rural study certificate (if claiming rural quota)
• Kannada medium study certificate (if claiming Kannada medium quota)
• Hyderabad-Karnataka Region Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
• Parents' study certificate/hometown certificate/domicile certificate/employment certificate/cumulative record/marks card ( if applicable)
