Physics is tough because you need to visualize , understand and use the adequate theory to solve problems. Now Physics is a real life phenomenon so you cam see things happening. So its not like a hard thing to visualize.

Start with your concepts. If you have weak concepts then first read the NCERT then HCV then move to other books like Cengage etc. Don't jump this steps. Read daily and try to solve problems from the part you learned. Physics can be understood by doing not staring at books.

Give mock tests if you can afford or else you have previous year question Practice them and gradually you will see the improvement.

Don't loose your patience.  It may be intermediating at first but wih time you will settle in. Just keep on hard work and regularity 120+ can easily be achieved.

* Before studying physics , revise Vectors , Integration and.differentiation , Trigonometry which will help you to overcome mathematical hurdels in tough problems.

I hope my answer helps you. All the very best for your future endeavors!
