Biotechnology and biochemistry both are interesting course. For biotechnology you have to study biology and technology mainly. And you have to study lots of subjects here but not in depth. It's mainly the applied biology via technology.

Biochemistry is good stream. You have to study biology and chemistry. Its not much biological science but it's combined of chemistry in biology.

So many colleges are offered for MSc in both subjects. And trust me you have good opportunity to pursue MSc in this stream. You will be placed in any company.
