Your 12th marks might not matter but your semester marks from first year onwards matters for getting a job in companies such as TCS and WIPRO. Those students who have a constant score of at least 60% in their semester exam since first year have higher chances to get jobs. Also, your resume and your project work matters. So, see that you have built a good resume and that your project is creative so that the companies consider your skills. Also, develop your personality to be able to answer interviews properly (if selected) .

In many cases it depends on the company.Many of the companies don't consider inter marks that much. But there are few companies like Tcs, wipro they want minimum 60% in board exams.

No worries, there are various companies which will hire just if you have the potential they need like coding etc.
