Ask your friend if he has a pdf or soft copy of his admit card stored in his phone/PC or laptop.
They do Biometric of the candidates during UPSEE and the same is written on the admit cards, so the candidates are advised to remain cautious and not to misplace the admit card as it is considered crucial for admission.
