There are various colleges that offer the course of BBA LLb. A fee main entrances for admission to BBA LLB are-

CLAT ( A few NLUs offer BBA LLB courses)

IPU CET Law

LSAT ( Various colleges under this offer LLB LLB)

SLAT - Symbiosis Law School

Christ University Law Entrance test. Etc

BBA LLB is different from a course Cyber Crime. BBA LLB is a 5 year integrated law course which combines subjects of BBA with law. Whereas Cyber Crime may be a part of this course. And it is also a separate masters course or  diploma which covers basics of Cyber Crime law which can be pursued after your law degree is over for specialisation. A few short courses of Cyber crime can be pursued by you during your law course online too.
