Department of communication and journalism is a university level exam conducted by the university of Mumbai to enrol candidates in post graduate studies. This exam offers the following courses:-

• Ma in communication and journalism
• Ma in electronic media
• Ma in public relations
• Ma in film studies
• Ma in television studies

The duration for all these courses are 2 years.

Fees structure for the masters programme is as follows:-

• General category: Rs. 23825 per semester
• SC/ST category: Rs 95 per semester
