According to the Information Bulletin https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/ShowPdf.aspx? , Candidates who are eligible for PWD Category have to get examined at any Government Medical College/District Hospital/ Government Hospital. Such Government Medical College/District Hospital/ Government Hospitals shall issue a Disability Certificate. This Certificate is only to ascertain whether the Candidate can apply for NEET under PWD quota. After the Candidate has been selected to MBBS/BDS course under PWD Category, has to produce a Disability Certificate issued by the Disability Assessment Board. This DAB board shall assess the Candidate and so it is important for Candidates to appear before the Board to get themselves assessed to check if they fall under PWD Category under the Regulations of the Graduate Medical Education. Only the certificates issued by the DAB are allowed and considered authentic for claiming PWD reservation.
