Hey,

Hope you are doing great.

It totally depends on the college or university you are in. You can write an application to the principal following which upon the approval from the management, you can quit. In most of the cases there is a requirement of paying a certain amount as seat leaving bond in order to get your documents back and they might ask you to pay the remaining fees of the course.

Hello aspirant,

If you wish to quit the college you have been allotted, you should not visit the allotted college with the documents. This will directly lead to you not getting the seat in the allotted college and the seat will be left vacant for Round 2.
