Both of these colleges are good for aerospace engineering but when compared to upes,pec is the better one according to ratings and placements.Many good companies recruits students from PEC.

Other college for aerospace engineering can be SRM UNIVERSITY main campus which is a really good option for you.You have to appear for it's entrance exam,SRMJEEE to get admission in this college.
