According to the official Central OBC list of Karnata, Kasab Community comes under OBC Category. And if the annual income is less than 6 lakhs per annum, you can select OBC-NCL and if the family annual income from all sources is more than 6 lakhs per annum, then you should select OBC as your Category while filling any application form.
