Yes you can wear white colour top as long it does not have any patterns or decorations made on it. Also the top should not be full sleeves. Be careful that you wear half sleeves top. The dress code for NEET is anything that is light coloured, no pockets and decorations. Only half sleeves top/shirts.

Dear Chitra, white top is allowed as long as it doesn't have any extrinsic designs, chains hanging, unnecessary zips, big buttons and embroidery. Your clothes should be simple and light. You can team up your white top with either a palazzo or a trouser but not with jeggings, leggings or jeans. You cam wear sandals or low heeled foot wear but not high heels or shoes. No ornaments or jewellery of any metal like rings, chains, anklets, nose rings, bracelets and bangles are allowed.
