Ramunajan college would be a slightly better option to go for. It's located in Kalkaji and it's growth has been tremendous in terms of infrastructure. The faculty is also great and approachable. There are a total of 100 seats for B.com Hons there. Ramunajan college has a NAAC rating of A whereas Rajdhani has a rating of B++. 

However, you can also go for Rajdhani college at Raja Garden, it is also part of DU and will not be any bad. Please go through the below links for more details:

based on reviews from alumini and the course ,Ramanujan is considered . 

However , Rajdhani is an old college , prestigious and more competition in cut off for bcom hons . 

There are 100 seats in Ramanujan while 91 or less in Rajdhani . 

Rajdhani offers low fee structure . 

Now, the choice is entirely yours .
