I would like to tell you this is possible if and only if you belong to any lower class , while in general category this is not possible. But still you shold try in offline campus if you are really interested. talk to the college authorities , look you rank is well and good there are chances but still lower caste people with low rank will get the seat.

You can do well in private colleges too , keep a aim stay focussed work hard on that field for 4 years.
