Is this your SRMJEEE rank or VITEEE rank ...please tell us so that we can assist you in a better way.

You can get CSE in VIT Chennai in 3rd category most probably and Civil in 1st or 2nd Category.

While you can eadily get civil in srm university chennai campus.
