It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about the qualify marks or rank as For the first time JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA and the rank will be based on NTA percentile score which will be released in the month of April.

But a score of more than 85 percentile scored by candidates might be eligible for JEE Advance.
