BITS offers M.Sc. dual degree where you can pursue your B.E. and M.Sc. both. The duration is of five years. BITSAT cutoffs vary according to paper difficulty level, number of seats available etc. The minimum cutoff for M.Sc. Biological Science at Hyderabad Campus was 250 in year 2018. Cutoffs for 2019 haven't been decided yet but scoring between 270 to 300 can increase your chances of getting a M.Sc. seat at BITS. The cutoffs vary from campus to campus and differ from one branch of M.Sc. to another.
