respected, i m learning in 12th std in maharastra board and i wants to take admission in DU after 12th in BA political science. so how many marks should i pursue in12th exams and in which subjects

Delhi University offers BA.(Hons) and the admission to the given course is based on marks scored in the best four subjects and the criteria to calculate the percentage in best four subjects is as follows

  • You must have passed 10+2 with minimum aggregate of 55% marks or more in either English or any one of  languages from List A1 and a combination of best three other subjects from the Lists A and B.
  • Among the best three subjects one of the subjects must be political science, it is not included there will be 1% deduction on the aggregate of the Best Four.
  • A deduction of 2.5% per subject on the aggregate of the best four is applicable if any other subject than those mentioned in lists A and B in the best three is considered.
