With a score of 463 in obc category it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years in Kerala. Last year, a score of 553 got a seat in T D Medical College, Alappuzha in open category under the state quota. Therefore with your marks you don't have chances of getting a government medical college. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
