It's true that for National level you need OBC certificate. You don't have to worry much about it.

Every state has offices that publish these reservation certificate that are accepted nationally.. Go to you nearest block office and get your OBC certificate sanctioned from them.

If you BC category comes under OBC you will get the certificate easily.
