Dear Konkona, You can join as a Staff nurse in any hospital at the beginning of your career and as you put on experience, you will be promoted to higher ranks like head nurse. This is if you want to work in hospitals, clinics, etc. If you are interested in teaching, you can be hired as a Nursing tutor or a professor based on your experience in Nursing Colleges. You can as well join MNCs for their health care projects as a Registered nurse. Here you will join as a Junior Analyst and slowly can be promoted to a Managerial level.
