This is the general criteria for qualifying the NEET .

The cutoff varies according to the category as well as the difficulty of the paper. 

If you qualify, then you should go for applying in the private medical colleges.

hai.

150 marks in neet exams is a very low score and you won't get any government seat at this marks. however you will get some c grade private college for higher fees but it won't give any value for your studies.
