The cut off varies according to state, college, difficulty level of NEET UG exam & state topper. I think it is difficult for you to gain MBBS Seat in Government college. I could suggest you to apply for Private colleges.

hey dear, seeing thus year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 were worried about their colleges. So, with this score there is very less chances of getting a govt mbbs seat even if you have missed 1st couselling and going for 2nd one.This score would also be very less for Bamsa nd Bds .So it would bw better if you go for private university
