To get admission in All india institute of medical sciences through NEET, you will need percentile do almost 94.5761 and rank under 20490.
Around more than 90 marks you will have chance of getting admission, try to get more than 100 marks.
Solve mock test papers and find out which topic you still find hard and solve problems from that topic.
