Your score is enough considering your category to fetch you a seat in BAMS through all India quota. I would also suggest you to apply for BDS through your all India quota reservation.Also do take in the state quota counselling as it might fetch you a seat in MBBS depending upon the state to which you belong.

I don't think AIQ gives option for BAMS college.This was not till last year but also if this has happened from this year,you would surely have a chance in government BAMS college since SC cut off is around 350.

According to my knowledge you can apply for BAMS by state quota So apply there and you would get a government BAMS seat with the category preference and rank.
