For the SC category, NEET 2017 cutoff is around 40th percentile, (Marks range about 130-107) and NEET 2018 cutoff is also 40th percentile. And therefore, for NEET 2019 cutoff is expected again to be about 40th percentile. 

For MBBS course, fees structure in MS Ramaiah Medical College for 1st year is Rs 1,09,800/- and Rs 1,09,300/- for another years, it means that, in total you have to pay around Rs 547,000/-.
