Hi
As per your query I would like to tell you that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category. Talking of last year least marks to secure a seat in Karwar institute of medical sciences,Karwar was 261 marks from your category under state quota. Neet 2019 results has not been yet announced and as I said cutoff varies every year so the cutoff might increase in the coming years . If it would have been about this year you  had fair chances of getting seat in college of your preference but for next year you need to wait for release of state wise cutoff of various colleges so.as to get a clear view and try to score somewhere around the cutoff or higher to increase your chances of getting a seat in Karwar institute of medical sciences,Karwar
Hope this helps
