Hi aspirant
See, at this score the odds of you getting a seat in a government medical college are almost nil.
You can check the previous trends also. Let me help you with that.
The All India Rank at score 568 for NEET 2021 was around AIR 42k-43k
At this rank it is not possible for any OBC category candidate to fetch a seat in any government medical/dental college.
You have not mentioned what state you belong to, so I can't be too precise with the information. For further information, you can mention your state too.

You can predict your rank for NEET 2022 using our rank predictor by the following link.

You can also predict your college using our college predictor with the link provided here.

You can however opt for admission to private medical/dental colleges if your finances allow. You can easily fetch a seat there under the deemed/paid seats quota.
Hope this answers your query
Best wishes:)

Dear aspirant

Your profile suggest you are from Bihar so I'll be assuming bihar as your domicile state.

It is very good score but then also it's very hard to get govt MBBS college at this marks in OBC category. If we talk about last year cut off marks then it was AIR 21188 and marks 597+  in stray vaccancy round counseling of 15% AIQ counseling.

In Bihar state quota counseling cut off marks for OBC category went upto almost Below 25k all india rank. Marks almost 590+

So there will be very rare for you to get in govt medical College in both state quota counseling and AIQ counseling.

You may have some chances in BDS govt college in AIQ counseling quota, you may go for that although there is no such as confirmed chance. You will surely get in govt BAMS and BHMS govt college at your expected marks.

You can also get top private medical colleges to study medicine at low tution fees in state like Kerala and chattisgarh,so you may consider that also.

Predict your admission chances in MBBS / BDS / Ayush seats, use our neet college predictor tool from link below
