Scoring 60percent in 12 but failed in physics theory and grace in chemistry and got 500+ in neet being ST is there any way to get in MBBS?

Yes boards marks are important for admission in MBBS courses. 

To get admission in MBBS course, In boards you need to get minimum:

50% — UR

40% — SC,ST,OBC

But board marks are not considered in making merit. Only marks obtained in NEET UG exam is considered to calculate merit.

To get government college by all India quota u need to score at least 570+general,560+obc ,460+Sc & St .This is a rough idea it keeps changing every year according to difficulty level of the question paper.
